Collecting Pieces

Mosaic is made up of lots of small pieces. A
picture cannot be seen until you stand back and look at the "big
picture". You are only collecting the pieces right now. But
which pieces? If an artist was not sure what he might do
yet he would collect a wide variety of pieces until the picture
starts to imerge in his head. So too, you should collect a
variety of pieces of information. Some you will use, some you
won't. But it is too early to tell yet. Explore the
topics. Have fun collecting and don't get stressed out about
making them fit anything yet. Organize them yes, but don't try to make
them into a picture ...yet.
