Engineering field, on a part-time basis. Since then, his company has progressively
expanded and now offers services in the fields of civil, environmental, mechanical, and

Our office provides a full range of services such as the latest computer system support,
electronic data transfer, in-house AutoCAD drafting, photo documentation on computer
disks, and a complete reference library. Mr. Clark, has helped clients with all phases of
project development from preliminary studies through design and construction. We offer
total project management, technical plans and specifications, or technical reports as
required. We provide economical alternatives to our clients for both major renovations and
small capital projects. Evaluation of site and design to site specific requirements are
available to meet the client's aim as well as fulfilling regulatory requirements. Our
experiences with this process and Code Enforcement rules helps provide clients the support
needed to obtain permits and approvals quickly.
