Intern
Participated in a Due Diligence meeting with Wellington and State Street Global, outsourced fund managers. Created a report that analyzed the firms' investment style, compliance issues, and general operations.
Evaluated the success of a "focus funds" incentive based strategy, which led to revising the incentive plan to limit the number of focus funds.
Aided in the creation of broker/dealer and client approved sales presentations, to be used by the sales force to generate revenue.
Coded and inputted accounts/payable invoices. Ensured balancing of the cash flow statement. Initiated wire trades each day to balance special accounts.
Created a portfolio theory model, that linked the covariance of multiple portfolios, to monthly and annual returns and deviations.

Marketing Intern
Prepared a report of 95 IT firms that was used by the sales force to review participants in a trade show. Influenced the direction of new product development by analyzing competitors' products. Networked with the communities' libraries and historians to research the founding of Nicholville Telephone Company (a sister company), which was used in marketing mailings for their 100-year celebration.

Recruitment Representative
Attended the Balfour Leadership Training Workshop in the summer of 2000. Contributed ideas and strategies to augment lectures and discussion groups on the topics of leadership, communication and strategic planning.
House Manager Oversaw a $60,000 operational budget for two semesters at the Cornell chapter of Sigma Chi. Met with other officers to draft and edit the budget. Contracted and coordinated maintenance workers to ensure house safety and aesthetics and complete house projects. Developed a positive incentive program to improve weekly clean-ups.
