Our Feral Friends Since Drong Ngur Retreat Center is located in a remote area of the Adirondack Mountains of Northern New York State, it's become a popular spot to abondon cats and kittens. We're not quite sure how they communicate between themselves, but the word spreads quickly about the free meals and adequate shelter from the elements. They're all welcome to say as long as they please and they each find their own little spot to call home.
