Strawberry Mousse
- 6 oz. strawberry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen strawberries thawed and undrained.
- 1 18oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups of Cool Whip
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add frozen strawberries with juice and the crushed pineapple.
- When cooled, gently fold in the Cool Whip.
- Pour into a large bowl or mold and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
I have also made this with raspberry jello and frozen raspberries. Yum.
