Strawberry Mousse

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  2. Add frozen strawberries with juice and the crushed pineapple.
  3. When cooled, gently fold in the Cool Whip.
  4. Pour into a large bowl or mold and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

I have also made this with raspberry jello and frozen raspberries. Yum.
