Broccoli and Cheese Quiche
- 1 pie shell
- 12 oz. of broccoli florets, cooked
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, swiss, your preference)
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Arrange the broccoli in the pie shell. Sprinkle the cheese over the broccoli.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk with a whisk. Add salt and pepper.
- Gently pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425F, then lower the heat to 325F. Cook for another 40 minutes until done.
