Broccoli and Cheese Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Arrange the broccoli in the pie shell. Sprinkle the cheese over the broccoli.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk with a whisk. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Gently pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 425F, then lower the heat to 325F. Cook for another 40 minutes until done.
