We are located on the St. Lawrence River, 1 1/2 miles down river from Alexandria Bay and Boldt Castle, on a dead end road.

Enjoy swimming, boating and fishing. We have dockage for everything from canoes to powerboats. A private launch is only minutes away.

The area boasts many activities, nearby attractions, and many fine restaurants.

2-Bedroom Waterfront Cottage

Each bedroom has double bed.

Living room has studio couch and cable TV line.

Bathroom with shower.

Complete kitchen with microwave.

Screened-in porch and deck with gas grill.

Rates: $650.00 weekly.

Rates are based on a family of four.

  Extra person charges: $25.00 per week.

3-Bedroom House

The house is located on its own wooded lot across the street from the waterfront. (Two driveways up)

Each bedroom has a double bed (plus one with a twin bed)

Living room has a studio couch & cable TV line.

Bathroom with shower on lower floor, 1/2 bath upstairs.

Complete kitchen with microwave.

Screened-in porch and deck with a gas grill.

Rates: $850.00 weekly. (monthly rate available)

Rates are based on a family of six.

Extra person charges: $25.00 per week.

Our in-season weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival time: 2:00PM; Departure time: 10:00 AM

Off-season rates (May, June, Sept, Oct) available upon request.

Off-season arrival and departure times and days are flexible.

Everything included except linen and towels.

Bring your own TV set for cable hookup.

There is dock space for each unit.
